Flexible, soft, and easy to clean, our low pile spot-clean rugs are the latest addition to our easy-care rug repertoire. Their slim, even profile makes vacuuming a dream. Made of recycled materials, these pieces resemble a wool flatweave in touch and appearance—but never shed. Stain and fade-resistant polyester is quickly cleaned with water and mild detergent, while recycled backing keeps the rug strong.
The DesignChoo Choo is our first spot-cleanable collection dedicated to the kids. Like Soul Train meets Sesame Street, it's heavily seventies in vibe and palette, from acid greens to burnished, velvety oranges. These designs celebrate movement, music, and making a mess. The Chugga rug features some psychedelic train tracks, like the Jetsons met M.C. Escher.
The MaterialSoft as wool with a subtle silk-like sheen, the polyester we use is highly durable, OEKO-TEX certified for safety, mildew-resistant, and extremely easy to clean. These rugs are made with a recycled cotton and mixed-fiber backing that's transformed from collected clothing and other discarded textiles and repurposed into a sturdy, flexible backing material.
The MakerOur partner in Turkey is dedicated to the quality of its innovative products and sustainably-minded practices. We worked carefully with them to produce the designs exactly as envisioned; and we chose them for their skill and ability, which outmatched many other potential partners.
The DesignerOur in-house, all-star design team collaborates across three different countries. Based in Los Angeles, Istanbul, and Mumbai, they put a lot of thought into each and every collection they design. Starting with the weave itself, they determine material and technique, then create moodboards to capture the look and feel before starting to design. When designs are finalized, they conduct an extensive sampling process, perfecting each style and color before it goes to production.
Rug Care- Clean regularly with a non-rotary vacuum. Rotate on occasion to ensure even wear over time.
- Spot-clean by blotting with a clean cloth, then add water sparingly to blot. For stubborn stains, add a small amount of mild clear dishwashing detergent without citrus, which can bleach textiles.
