What is Capemason? How is it different from other on-line wholesalers when it comes to purchasing tiles and natural stones?

I require a few boxes of porcelain tiles for my bathroom and kitchen area. Can Capemason do the delivery to my residence address?

Yes we can deliver it to your residence. Residential delivery is considered completed once the product is placed on the driveway. Some products require a vehicle with a lift-gate, depending on weight. The pallets would be lowered to the ground and pulled onto your driveway with a pallet-jack. You may be required to unload the vehicle yourself,

depending on the product. Building materials are heavy and will require proper equipment or labor to accept goods on delivery. Please check the weight of goods before they are delivered so you are properly prepared.

 

I am a local tile retailer based in California and was looking to order a container from your collection for my business. Can I mix-and-match on colors and styles of materials from your website?

It depends on the products that you want to mix-and-match so please get in touch with one of our consultants via email or call just so we can serve your inquiry in a better manner.

 

What is the difference between the General products and the Special Order products that I can see on your website?

There is no real difference between the two except the lead time. The Special order products have the lead time of 45-60 days whereas all the other products can be delivered to you within 5-10 days.

 

Should I expect any breakage or damage on the receipt of my order?

It is reasonable to expect anywhere from 2%-10% breakage or damage, depending on the product. If breakage is above 10%, we would ask you to have it noted on the logistics receiving the document and take pictures. Please make a claim with us within 10 days of receiving the order.
